Caring for the Therapist: Self Massage & Healing Movement- 6 HRS
Can self-care be fun and enjoyable rather than just more work for us?
Learning to care for our own bodies is a challenge for most massage
therapists. Come discover how to relieve aches and pains, rejuvenate
your spirit and enjoy self-care without taxing your joints, breaking a
sweat or learning a routine. Using soft 6 inch exercise balls to massage
our bodies along with meditative movement to expand our kinesthetic
awareness – we will relax with more ease, less effort and have fun.

Comforting Our Elders: 6 HRS
Many of us are drawn to assist the elderly people in our lives – whether
they are growing fragile, are ill or approaching their death. To serve in
this way requires awareness of specific precautions, the use of safe
effective techniques and a compassionate presence. Together we will
develop these skills as we draw upon Oriental wisdom in order to
comfort our elders.

AMTA Members: Registration is $120/ Registration after March 1st is $150.

Non-Members: Registration is $165/ Registration after March 1st is $195.
