Caring for the Therapist: Self Massage & Healing Movement- 6 HRS

This Class will be held Sunday, March 25th.

Can self-care be fun and enjoyable rather than just more work for us?
Learning to care for our own bodies is a challenge for most massage
therapists. Come discover how to relieve aches and pains, rejuvenate
your spirit and enjoy self-care without taxing your joints, breaking a
sweat or learning a routine. Using soft 6 inch exercise balls to massage
our bodies along with meditative movement to expand our kinesthetic
awareness – we will relax with more ease, less effort and have fun.
